Final advertisement poster

This is my final advertisement poster, I am glad I made the changes to the colouring as I think the black and white writing goes well with the colour. I have kept the edgy white around the group as I think it gives the poster a good effect.

Advertisement poster 3rd draft

This is the 3rd draft of my advertisement poster, I have changed the colouring as the purple was still too dark, the pink makes us still seem girly but also the way the photo has been edited looks edgy and I feel like that works well seeing as my genre is indie. I am in the middle of looking at other elements to place on my poster, but this is the progress so far.

After speaking to my teacher I have decided to change the colouring of my background as the black was too strong of a colour for the genre, I am in the middle of changing around a lot of the poster as I was unhappy with my first draft.

Advertisement 1st draft poster

This is the first draft of my advertisement poster. I am unsure whether or not I like it due to my hair is quite dark anyway and a dark background makes me look like I blend in, which is not what i want, I also decided the dark colours don't suit my genre of the band so therefore on my next draft I will be making these changes. I like the photo I have used but will be editing the background out a lot better.

Stages of advertisement poster

 This is the photo I wanted to use for my advertisement poster, I thought it suited the song name ' suddenly I see' and I think the picture speaks for itself. The back ground that was originally on the picture is the same one as Hayley's poster as I liked the set of photos and they all had that background, so I have had to change that and I am in the middle of playing around with the colours and what will suit it the best.
